Key Features:
For PC/Mac/Linux
Beautiful, handcrafted pixel art
An epic, retro-inspired soundtrack
10 action-packed levels, each with a massive boss fight
40+ unique enemies
30+ insane guns
More stuff we haven't even thought of yet!

The Hero

You play as Nomad, a lone bounty hunter on a mission to destroy robots.
Not much is known about his motives, but it is assumed he just loves to blow stuff up.

The Bosses

These titans are the star of the show! At the end of each level, the game will transition into an infinite scrolling sequence with the boss chasing you.
Their attacks are all synchronized to the music, so listening is key to predicting their attacks.

The Enemies

Enemies in Boss Wave range from simple punching and shooting robots to towering mechs with a wide range of attacks.
These robots are relentless and will constantly be converging on your position, so moving fast is key!

The Guns

This is the fun stuff right here. Boss Wave features a gigantic arsenal of over 30 hi-tech guns.
These range from an energy rifle, to an auto-homing laser, to the Void Cannon, a gun that shoots freakin' black holes (watch out though, it can kill you too)!

The Music

No adrenaline-fueled robot carnage-fest would be complete without an intense soundtrack!
Every level and song are crafted to work together to produce an engaging experience. The retro-inspired electronic music will keep tensions high. Our OST is being composed by the unique artist "Harbinger."
While none of the music aside from that in the trailer is ready for prime time, here is a look at some of his existing tracks so you know what to expect!

The Team

Ryan is the brains behind Boss Wave. This game is the child of his imagination and has gone though many iterations before he even wrote the first line of code.

Igor is a master of simplistic but striking pixel art. His unique visual style is the backbone of the atmosphere of Boss Wave. Click here to check out his public gallery of his work!
