Considering the (Y?) axis that is missing, I can see the problem. But at least it could be a skill thing that would remove penalties for keeping close aim at closer quarters.

Yeah I will make different aspects of weapon handling take more/less time depending on characters' skill levels. This could definitely be something to put in words for explaining it.

I added some more polish on pistol alignment. The recoil is much less controllable when the elbows are not locked in the extended position.
