Russian Voices Selector addon - ARMA: Cold War Assault

Mod is compatible and tested with Arma: Cold War Assault v. 1.99 (both Steam version and non-Steam version). Other versions are not guarantee to work.

1) Just extract the content of zip file (i.e. the mod folder @RussianVoicesSelector) into game root.

2) Make sure you have a copy of "VoiceRH.pbo" file inside the "dta" sub-folder of the mod.

• TIP: if you don't have the addon, you might find this file either in the Operation Flashpoint: Gold Upgrade disk or in the second disk of Operation Flashpoint: Game Of The Year.

3) Rename the addon from "VoiceRH.pbo" to "Voice.pbo" to make the mod work.

• TIP: if you didn't do already, put another copy of the original "VoiceRH.pbo" file in the "Addons" folder of the game root. Keep the original file name. By doing so, you will hear other players speaking with Russian accent if they selected it and you will hear Russian units speaking with their accent as well.

4) Run whole package as a mod. To do this, just make a shortcut on desktop to the game executable and add the boot parameter -mod=@RussianVoicesSelector after ColdWarAssault.exe in the "target" field.

5) You can now choose Russian voice for your avatar in the player setup menu. Once you're done, restart the game with your favourite mod or just the Vanilla version and play.

Further info: the "config.bin" file supplied with the mod is the same of the Vanilla game with just the cfgVoice class edited in order to allow selection of Russian voices. NATO voices will not be available when using this mod as the original addon is replaced by "VoiceRH.pbo" under new name "Voice.pbo".
