Apocalyptic is a small top down survival game built in Scirra Construct set after a nuclear catastrophe, and most of the worlds population is wiped out. The player must build a shelter inside a building, and then collect resources to survive against zombie attacks and rival NPCs.
Here's a sample title screen I've been working on, it's only placeholder for the first release. I'd rather experiment with creating something with 3D models, but this will do for now. Oh, and the actual title is meant to be on a sign, which has a swinging animaiton. The whole scene is animated, but I guess that's kinda hard to see in a picture.
so are you scrapping the original menu?
No no, this is just the title menu. So you get this when you start the game, and by pressing enter/clicking it goes to the main menu. It isn't completely the same as the first one, I've modified it to fit with the pixel art theme.
In fact, I'm working on it right now. I'll upload some screenshots shortly.
