Annex: Conquer the World is an anime themed real time strategy game that brings fast paced combat with a diverse arsenal. Play as one of four factions: The East Ocean Alliance, the NEO Republic, the Shadow Organization, or the Renegades as they struggle for dominance all over the world, competing for a priceless red mineral. The game now contains 4 factions, over 30 tech trees, original maps, and tileset. Built using open source RTS MegaGlest, the focus of the game is multi-player and single-player skirmishes. However there are also scripted scenarios/missions!
Shadow's Tier 3 Tank. Fires a constant beam of energy at at target wears away at the targets armor. As with all beam weapons they are most effective against Vehicles and near useless vs Structures!

Yea they only have one unit with it though and the Alliance has 3. The Northern Empire will have energy weapons as well. So its not too out of character for them :)
Well technically an EML doesn't count as an energy weapon, it still fires a kinetic projectile. Assuming of course that you're using it in the traditional sense.
yes i guess your right. For balance reasons though, EML weapons use the beam property when calculating damage.
