changes: - adjusted generator fuel max (to 15.0) - generator always malfunction - lights flickers no matter level - increased invertory slots (to base of hard difficulty) - no instant kill anymore... monsters hurts, but dont kill immediately - some items give randomized items - fuel length running generator - easy decreased, hard increased, range now hard-easy (3.0 - 3.5) - dynamo light extended time and random giving amount of charge - dmg of gun (not sure if giving or recieve) randomized, based on difficulty range - guns have chance to skip shoot - monster is smarter, more sensible, more dangerous - rats are smarter, more sensible, more dangerous too - some utility/weapon items are now droppable (be sure not drop if you decided that you need them for story!) - guns get automaticaly ammo on each item pickup (999 bullets/shells) so basicaly unlimited - based on update 1.1 v08: a bit made flashlight more longer make gun less skipping amo (5 pct less probability) v9: fixed bugs tags. ch

there just edit lines with "fNewCDRate"
to: fNewCDRate=(0.00f / 40.f);
if you want forever.
maximum is 1.0 (default), and minimum 0.0 (infinite = no decrease..)
