American McGee's Alice Demo (Windows) file

This is the demo version of American McGee's Alice for Windows, which has a different opening scene and couple of levels that differ from the game's final release. Note that this is demo of the original 2000 release, not the updated 2011 version that was included in Alice: Madness Returns from pre-ordering the game or purchasing The Complete Collection release.

I downloaded this demo from the Internet Archive and submitting here for posterity. Tested and confirmed it is playable on Windows 10 despite its age, however, Alt+Tab does not work for this game without a registry tweak just like in the full game of the original 2000 release. Some of the configuration tweaks such as enabling custom and widescreen resolutions from the full game should also work in this demo.
