Aliens: Colonial Marines is a squad-based first-person shooter in which the player controls four Colonial Marines, each with a different personality and primary weapon. Each player character can carry additional weapons including a flamethrower, pulse rifle, smartgun, pistol, RPG, and many types of grenades. The player controls one marine at a time, issues orders to the others using context-sensitive commands, and may switch between characters at any time.

The begining of the game was pretty cool, I really liked it (References... References everywhere!).
But after the level where you have no weapons, I started noticing the flaws of the game.
It was gradually getting worse... Until I saw the ending. After that, I cried in a corner like a baby because of how bad it was.

All the beauty and detail of last year's demo is gone, all those maps and cinematics are not there. Gearbox showed us a game that doesn't exist, they lied to us and until they make a public apologize, I won't buy any product with a Gearbox logo on it.

TL,DR: Don't buy the game... It's complete failure on story, technology and gameplay.
