The world has plunged into chaos, experimentation with a man made virus went wrong one day slowly infecting the world turning almost every living being into some mutated beast, the government sent the most important people into space with experimental cloning equipment and a selected amount of DNA. The idea was to hopefully return to earth with an army, eradicate this virus and re-populate the earth. Yes, its taken from SCAR H/L. Well about the name, it should be like APHA (Armour Piercing, Highly Accurate) "Hathcock". It doesn't look like everywhere adaptable weapon to me, and it looks quite heavy too. So I think its heavy and very accurate. Btw I gave it name "Hathcock" because he was an american sniper serving in vietnam. He still is one of the best snipers in the whole world.
then you have some akward modeling...the upper receiver looks nothing liek the scar, as it is missing the reloading function to release the bolt, and the bolt position doesnt really match, looks more like the ACR upper reciever...
remember it is only based on the designs

I think You are wrong, this is obviously designed from SCAR. Anyone can notice that after looking at these simple pictures: World.guns.ru (SCAR) and Gunpundit.com (ACR)
These two guns are my most favourite ones in the whole world...
then its missing alot of details if it were from the scar... its missing some stuff, the bolt doesnt match etc, compare them and see, the bolt is larger, the ACR has a bolt which looks exactly the same, look at how the 2 screws in the upper reciever, they match the acr more than the scar, the handguard looks alot more like the acr equipped with a CQB handguard, the trigger protection (the little ring that sorrounds it) in the lower reciever looks like the in the acr, since the scar has the trigger protection like a square, but in the acr, its just like in the 3d model..look:

thing is i checked my refferance picture and the upper reciever it started off as the acr but without the big handguard
