X-COM Terror From The Deep Thread

What do I need to do to complete this game? Soon I've researched everything. My alien containment is full of living aliens, almost all sorts and I've already researched them all, but I can research them again(just because I have so many living aliens).

There's 2 alien bases located. I thought I'll need to get an alien commander. Is there an alien commander in an alien base? I don't know yet, because just when I had launched an assault into one, my computer power source decided to go say goodbye for the cyberlife.

What are those artefact sites? I've destroyed two of those. I think I read somewhere I have to destroy some of those to complete the game. How many more? If that's the game's primary mission, then I think I've played it enough and I'll just rename the video files so I can watch the endgame video when the intro video is meant to be played... heheheheee...

Woah, thanks! I found some big crazy faq about it! Hmmh... something seems to be a little bit stupidly done in this game. If you have researched some stuff in wrong order you might need to research some stuff again! That's just stupid. I think I'll just watch the endgame video and play something else, like X-COM Apocalypse which does not suffer from that kind of stupid and annoying problems. UFO Defence didn't suffer from that kind of problems either, except if the first living alien of somekind is some high ranked one, it's researched as if it was a soldier ranked alien.

Apocalypse is the best IMO, I'm still playing it at the moment. Blowing up buildings in tactical games rocks, seeing the scaffolding and everything tumble
