Karuto	No way! All three games have been innovating and exciting. The one that really boosts this game up is its new online play. The series has been needing it for a while, but there's so much innovation and originality boosting from the game (they add A LOT of new weapons every game), that's it's really amazing. Karuto	Yeah it did. Maybe not where you live. But FFXI uses PlayOnline, so of course it costs money. chis Old man.	yeah you can get sometihng to hook your existing broadband up to it But I would think most x-box games are the same (apart from MMORPG's etc) -- Nothing.

Karuto	Except for Xbox, you need (not just an option) broadband. So, if you don't have that, you're screwed. Plus, all Xbox games that are online use Xbox Live, so you obviously pay money for that. But, PS3 is said to be having an online service similar to Xbox Live, so they may lose a lot of online players (like their Socom II audience, which is the biggest online console game ever, sort of like Counter-Strike being the biggest online action title ever).
