Where to start?? Thread

Hey, I'm wanting to create a large, game like skyrim and Kotor put together in a doctor who universe. But i need a team of people willing to do this. So my question is not does anybody have intrest, it's does any one know any good places to ask for a full-on game development team

Gamasutra has a nice organization and interface. Lots of indie devs at gamedev.net, tigsource.com, and indiegamer.com. reddit.com/r/gamedev has plenty of resources, and there's a classified subreddit as well: reddit.com/r/GameDevClassifieds

3D artists: polycount.com and blenderartists.org to name a couple. Many composers and sound engineers can be found here: Forums.indiegamer.com
A big decision to make early is which game engine you want to use. A lot of indie devs use unity, and there's extensive feedback and collaboration on their forum: Forum.unity3d.com
