UT3 mods on PS3. Thread

Do full mods (total conversions) for UT3 work on PS3 or is it just map and weapons changes?

For example would these mods work on the PS3?

I recall that there were limitations stopping you from changing the sound, not sure about graphics- but I would say that its likely TC mods aren't possible.

Not sure if they ever worked out the audio licensing, but UT3 mods were otherwise totally possible, with the condition that they had to be optimised enough to fit in the limited memory of the PS3 and run effectively on the Core PPU. Those are some tight restrictions, so unless they were targetting and testing against them from the start, I doubt that a TC mod would run on PS3.

Thanks for the replies, i think il give buying this a pass then, without TC mods possible its kinda pointless.
