Upcoming Indie Studio Needs Members Thread

I would like to develop a cloud-based creative team essentially where we can develop anything we want.

Consisting of animations, stories (novels, etc), games, movies, etc. We will focus primarily on games (I really want to make a game right now!) first, and then branch off into other members of the studio's ideas and see what we want from there. Like, I'm not even objecting to anime or comics or mangas that we could write. I really would like to write a vamprie manga and it'd be cool if we could adapt that into a game someday...

I have some experience managing teams but I would like a co-leader that i can trust. I need artists, music composers, developers, game designers, etc. I dont rush people and I like those who take their time and produce the best quality content they have. Of course we have a certian 'deadline' but I can expand it as I know personal life-based reasons get in the way of people's personal projects. (Which, to be honest, this is what this is, a big personal project, at least at the current moment). While I dont want this studio to focus on many fan games right now, as one day who knows we could become a company - I would like to just focus on creating unquie original concepts that we can release possibly through crowdfunding (since fangames you cant do that).

Note: Due to the excessive amount of replies I'm getting over email and Skype, and how I'm derpishly forgetting about this post, I dont mind you replying here instead of Skype or Email.
