Hello,

about 1 week ago I sent 3 emails to support @desura, @moddb & @indiedb (for 3 different issues) and got no answer so far.
Is there any issue with support lately ?
I also sent a request using the contact form, with another email address, a couple weeks ago, so I don't think it's an issue with my antispam.
One of the matter is about pending payment on my Desura account, so I'd really like to have some kind of answer... :paranoid:

Thanks in advance to anyone who could shed some light on this matter.

Desura is not apart of ModDB so you will need to ask them, however how can we assist regarding ModDB / IndieDB?

Actually, I just checked again and the 1-vote-review has been removed (likely today or yesterday), although the average score of my tennis game didn't change so I didn't notice it this morning when I checked again before to write this topic. The score is still from "14 votes submitted" ; is it possible to recalculate it with the 13 votes left ?

On the non-answer side, I checked the "watch this thread and receive notification of replies?" box for this forum topic, and I didn't get any email when you answered it. Could it have some issue with the email sending on your side ?
I got the "news published/news archived" emails when I wrote a couple of news in the past week on IndieDB, so it's not a total blackout, though.
The antispam of my IndieDB email account( @laposte.net) can be a bit too sensitive , but I had written the 2 emails above from my work email ( @managames.com ) which is more sensed and usually doesn't block mistakenly.

I action the support emails and did remove the rating as requested, I'm unsure why the response was never received, and apologize for this.

Edit: Regarding the rating remaining the same, AFAIK The rating wont update till you get another rating, however there seems to be an issue with ratings we are looking into.

Regarding the CSS, I never saw an email about this issue but have passed your request to our resident profile wizard.

Any further updates required to the css should be forwarded to him to ensure the changes are made.

Finally regarding thread updates, these may be picked up as you noted by your anti spam, but shouldn't be flagged. I can't check if they are being sent but hope you don't have further issues with our systems, if you do, please contact me directly for further support.

I just changed my IndieDB account email to one on hotmail.com , maybe it'll help.

For Desura, do you know if I should contact them on "support" or "developers" (@ desura.com ) ..?

support@desura.com would be your best bet.
