Currently, my team is looking for the following roles. Please keep in mind that this is an UNPAID role.

Before you can become a member of the team, you much meet the following prerequisites.

Requirements Members Must Meet:

Before you can apply and become a member of the team, you MUST:

- Be English speaking (Understand, type, and read English well)

- Have Skype AND a Skype account you use frequently

- Be able to work at LEAST 1 hours a day on minimum

- Have confidence in your own work, never fear a challenge and have the "CAN DO" attitude

- Be motivated by either others or your own work (if you need a push,
thats fine), and bring positive energy to the production team

- Have at least some skill and/or experience in your field of work (At
least know what your doing) -- guidance and questions are fine, but you shouldn't need your hand held throughout the entire process of something
-- Basically, if your an artist and I ask you to draw something, 99% of
that image shouldn't have been done by me...

- Be patient and mature (we are all a little immature, but when you get
on the job, be serious about what your doing. And remember that things
might take a bit of time... Don't blow your cool in this event)

What Roles We Need

- Group Manager or General Manager

Your role as a GROUP MANAGER is to make sure every member of a specific
group (or groups) have their work, are busy on it, and progression is
being made by them daily. Part of your role will be to monitor and fill
logs on their progression, understand their skills, and assign work to
areas they are actually capable of producing quality work in. Your role
will also require you to write documents sometimes, outlining specific
members roles, read documents from management, listing these roles and
tasks, then distributing roles and work to each member, delegating
leadership on this role. It is not required but a strong bonus that you
know the area you are managing well -- If it is the Art group you are
managing, it would only help you to know how to draw yourself.

Your role as a GENERAL MANAGER is to manage multiple groups as what we
call a "floater" -- they are normally responsible for 3 - 5 - all the
groups on the team, and making sure that every group is working, have
their work, and are fully clear on what they are doing or need to be
doing soon. They are responsible for being the voice and the messenger
of the members of the team -- if a member feels they are not being
heard, the general manager brings their words directly to the director
or project manager. The General Manager is also responsible for issuing
out work, from documents given by Management, and creating work, from
documents given by Management, as well as accepting, reviewing, denying
and/or approving all work members from groups submit, then making sure
that work is sent to the director and project manager. -- Basically,
your job is to stay on top of many or all groups, and keep everything
organized as it moves along.

3D Modeler

The role of the 3D MODELER is broken into many specifications listed below.

Weapons Modeler

- The responsibility of this role is to focus on designing all of the
weapons related to the game, and break it up for animation -- This role
will NOT need to do any animating, though need to make sure the parts of
the gun that will move (for example, the trigger, the clock to push it
back, the revolver, the ammo cart, etc etc) are actually manipulable.

Character Modeler

- The responsibility of this role is to focus on designing all of the
characters/players for the game, there are not very many, though the
characters require as much detail as possible to add to their realism.

Wears & Accessories Modeler (Including armor)

- The responsibility of this role is to focus on designing all wearable
equipment from weapon attachments to mainly armor and clothing,
including any kind of "jewelry", or accessory the player might be able

related to the map, this can span from rocks and pebbles, to crates and
boxes, to buildings and structures, as well as any kind of elements

be a large focus at the moment.

3D Animator

The role of the 3D ANIMATOR is to animate all elements to the game that
require visible movement of some sort, from buildings and infrastructure
(for example, a furnace in a house might vibrate a little, or a ceiling
fan might spin), to weapons (reloading, shooting, jamming, etc), to
characters (running, walking, jumping, dieing, etc), and anything else
that may require some level of animation at some point in the production

2D Artist

This job is broken into many parts listed below.

Logo & Font Design

- The responsibility of this role is to focus on designing any logos the
production might need -- starting with the games logo, the teams logo,
and possibly other in-game logos on weapons as insignias, and/or
engraved designs, and ad buildings ingame promoting a fake message or
product.

- The other responsibility of this role is to also focus on designing a custom font for the game to use.

screens and UI for the game, such as the launcher, the log in screen,
the main screen, and so on.

play.

The role of the SERVER MANAGER is to build, maintain, and manage the
actual server information, database(s), SQL data, and player connections
to, and from the server(s), as well as focus on the upkeep of the
machines, reporting any problems they have when they occur, and ensuring
the game servers are lag-free, hacker-free, and is running alright, as
well as player data is constantly being updated and saved, and backed up
if needed. You will also need to backup a lot of data on the server, to
prevent rollbacks in the event of a crash or unexpected shutdown where
data could be lost.

Programmer

This role is broken into many other roles listed below.

General Programmer

- The responsibility of this role is to focus on most of the elements of
the gameplay, this includes a bit of network programming -- actually
writing the code for players to connect to the actual server when they
choose the server, when they choose their map, etc.

Scripting Programmer

- The responsibility of this role is to focus on the small scripts that
run elements to the game (for example, the money system, the reloading
system, the chat system, etc).

Languages required to know are the C Family (C, C++ (mainly), C#
(possibly), Objective C (maybe, for Mac porting)), and Java language
(Java, and JavaScript).

While it is not required, it will only help you to also have a clear
understanding and capability to code in program scripting languages,
such as Unreal, Blender, Cry, etc.

Physics Programmer

- The responsibility of this role is to focus on coding the core
elements that make up the game, implementing all the realism and
logistics behind its workings (gravity, walking, shooting, etc).

Debugger

- The role of the DEBUGGER is to do full and detailed constant tests, log
and report the results of the code, game play, and any documents for
review.

If you are interested or have any questions on the role(s), and/or would
