Turn your desktop into a first person world... Thread

I read this in PC Magazine and thought it was really cool (got a good rating too). It's a program that turns your desktop into an interactive world. Your icons are displayed and everything, but you can walk around in first person and interact. You can hang pictures, customize, even go outside and play basketball. You can download different houses and worlds if you get bored of the same one after awhile.

I am deff. going to try this on a computer that doesn't have all my important stuff on it.

That's an old idea, I remember this kind of applications being shortly popular after win98 release.

i remember getting that on a pc gamer.

and i havnt received pc gamer in more than a year

it has some high system requirments for what it does :-P

you ever tried first person internet? its much more fun

@ darkcyde: i've never heard of it before but i'll look it up. and you cant say its better unless you have tried both
