This month will be good. Thread

Well, it seems September has been a shocking month for alot of us! Here is just a few things that have happened:

• frosty_theaussie lost his grandpappy
• My uncle and 4 year old cousin were murdered
• The Beslan siege which was a horror for everyone
• The Australian Embassy Bombed in Jakarta
• 9/11 Anniversary

These are just a few!

Anyway this thread is dedicated to the Month of October being the best month on moddb ever! And here is why:

• modDB v2 RELEASED!
• I resign from my job!
• I get a new part time job working for a software company
• I see Megan again
• I go to Hobart to see some of my best mates
• I do some more work in Hobart for a Film Company/Movie
• The fuckface that killed my uncle and cousin will go away for a long time

These are my good points for the month of October!

What are yours? (*me does the uncle sam finger pointing style thingy)

heh, makes me realize I lead a very dull life

What I have planned is , get paid, by HL2, new greenday album , get shouted at by parents to get a FULL time job instead of part time job, be on the internet as usual :/

-I got promoted.
-I got demoted
-I got promoted to a diff duty
-My job may go on strike
-Had a construction guy come to my home to do some pricing for lants, walkway, patio with a pergula= $12.000

This month

-Strike may happen at my job
-I didnt hire that contractor
-My hometown baseball team may go to the playoffs (Go Rangers)
-bluewolf72.com will be up
-gonna see my mom (its been 4 years)

Dont get despressed chis, unless you want to add consoueling(sp?) to that list.

for me its probably:
1 year anniverary @ moddb
finish a couple php projects ive been working on
actually make a model for my hl mod
have cool weather
hang out with friends

I guess one other thing I can look forward to is getting my name changed to

well, I should have my license by mid october, and I'll be driving around like a madman. I'll start saving money for my car, (The 205 hp saturn Ion redline, w00t!) AND, I will hopefully hit 2,000 posts. Although that may even be this month.

Well, this is my month now:

-Forgot that last month was my one year (with ZReese)
-Had a bit of a struggle getting back into school after 3 month vacation
-Got two job interviews and not get hired both times
-Worry that my brother is experiencing hurricanes while down in George with the Army Reserves
-Renounce my hatred of Republicans
-Eyeballs fell out once or twice realising how many games are coming out and I can't afford any of them

Month of October

-Take the PSAT test (Pre-Scholastic Aptitude Test, much like college entrance exams)
-Have school conferences (Hopefully without the fat F I got in one of my classes now)
-Get a damn job
-Buy Half-Life 2 and GTA: SA
-Save up for a damn car
-Get contacts
-Work on the mod with the HL2 SDK (please!)
-Get my GPA (Grade Point Average) back up to a A-B average
-Renounce my hatred of Republicans

I guess that pretty much sums it up. I can't really tell what'll happen, since it's the future, but that's pretty much what I can think up of right now.

Both of mine are dead and my uncle just died. . . i forgot about that. . . eh. .

next month is the aniversary of the bali bombings where many an aussie blokish sportsman was lost (amung other innocent bystanders)

mmm .. I lost a number of mates in that from the Sturt footy team in SA ..

BUT we are supposed to be thinking good things here! :/

-Made a whole bunch of new friends
-Birthday (That's coming still but it's gonna happen)

-Hopefully get a job
-Hopefully get to meet this chick that I haven't seen in ages
-If Job happens start saving to move out
-A whole bunch of other things I can't think of

Oh speaking of a job for you.. my mate at that internet cafe in town still hasnt got back to me yet the slacker .. I'll call him again now.

I'm going to go out with the girl I like for the first time during the last days of September and start of October.

September
- I won't start on the bad things, because something different happened every day that was bad!

October
- I wouldn't have a clue! ^_^

- Holidays ( = full time work = I can pay for uni = I'll be able to survive later on! )

- Parents going on holidays for pretty much the WHOLE month! (partay partay partay, though they've arranged for the neighbours to spy on us)

- A visit from someone I miss a lot
