The Rabbit Invasion

Then the rabbits started to multiply on an alarming rate.
The crowd was terrified of the mass reproduction of rabbits.
"Get the shotguns, get the shotg - Aaghh!"
"Oh, no! The rabbits ate the sheriff! Run, run, run! The rabbits are coming!"
yelled mr. Harrison while firing the incoming rabbits with his pistol.
The pistol was no match for the horde of the rabbits.
Mr. Harrison was eaten alive soon after he ran out of bullets.
Some of the terrified humans found some sort of hiding place,
but they didn't know the rabbits could sense their brainwaves.
The murderous rabbits came closer to the last humans alive on Earth.
These humans found an ancient device hidden deep underground, a nuclear bomb.
But was it enough to wipe out all the rabbits?
Did they have enough time to learn how to use it?
NO! NO! NO! No they didn't have enough time.
The bomb didn't explode and the rabbits ate all the humans left on Earth.

The End.

This game will be a multiplayer team game for some whatever game engine. The stuff in the game will happen before all the humans were eaten. So there's 2 teams fighting....

The teams:

*The horde of the Rabbits
- Brown: these are the regular attack forces of the rabbits. They can use their sharp teeth and claws to rip their opponent to pieces. They can jump pretty good too.
- Color shifter: These rabbits can change their color from brown to white, camouflaging them very well in urban/forest or in winter terrain. These rabbits are smaller and weaker than the brow rabbits, the weaponry is the same as with brown rabbits.
- White: These rabbits has the skills to heal other rabbits with all kinds of drugs&medicines&herbs. They live in holes and they usually use some hallucinating drugs to lure people to their hole and then eat them. The weaponry is the same as with brown rabbits and the special weapon.
- Exotic Pink: These rabbits comes from the Japan. They can't jump well, but they run better than any other rabbit. The weaponry is the same as with brown rabbits and a small rabbit katana. - Mysterious Blue: This rabbit is rarely seen and it can use it's mysterious powers to go invisible. The rabbit will come visible again if it moves too fast or attacks someone. The weaponry is the same as with brown rabbits.

*Survivor humans
- Sheriff: These are somewhat slow, but they carry a powerful weapon, a shotgun.
- Civilian: Medium speed, melee weapons(shovels, hammers, drills, knives)
- Fanatic: These are the slowest of the humans, as they've equipped themselves with heavy weapons(machineguns and anti-rabbit guns)
- Priest: These humans are somewhat a clone to that White Rabbit class, they can heal other humans. They have the ability to summon helping spirits to aid the fight against the horde of the Rabbits. When a helping spirit has been summoned, the priest comes very vulnerable to all attacks, because the priest controlling player controls the spirit. In this time, the priest is in some sort of trance.
+ Spirit: The spirits can float over water and they can do power kicks. Spirits can see invisible Mysterious Blue rabbits.
- African hunter: These are the fastest humans and they're equipped with spears and bows. Their war paintings may cause fear among the Rabbits(rabbit lose control and runs away in panic, control gained back after a while).

Sort of reminds me of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail"

Oh my word, that would be an interesting mod.

I LOVE the anticlimatic ending idea (I wasn't too pleased with the Monty Python and the Holy Grail one, personally, although I guess it was kind of funny) If they had used the bomb on the rabbits, or even if the objective of the humans in the game was to find/use the bomb, I would have HATED this mod idea... but instead I love it! Sounds great!

Oh and it also reminds me of the dolphin episode on the Simpsons

This idea is good for LAN and bad for internet.

Other theme:
lexx and the micromachines (already exist a Quake1 mod with this theme )

DM mods are hard to start because people don't want to play new mods :I

This is just an idea, actually it was just a story, but then I thought I'll write something more to it and post it here... I'm probably never going to make this mod/game, but if someone wants to do it, feel free to do so.
