The Matrix Cometh Thread

Have you guys checked out the anime version of the Matrix they've made?

There's only one chapter so far, but it's pretty sweet. It's about 10-15 minutes I'd say. The next one comes out in a month from now.

Also, Shiny Entertainment [part of Infogrames] is working with the Wachowsky brothers to make Enter the Matrix, a video game for all [Xbox, PS2, GCN] and PC coming out on May 15, the same day as Matrix Reloaded. Check it out here:

Looks like it could be very tight. There is an hour of footage that was recorded with the original actors and sets that is just for the video game. It's supposed to be like the untold story of the sequel.

I checked to see if a thread was made about this before and I didn't see it, so I put em together into one.

The anime isn't that same as the movie. It's the story of the beginning. You should watch it, it's the history of how the Matrix came to be, and isn't anything that was in the movie.

Oh believe me, I'll see it when it comes out, and I'll prolly get that game too.

It does. I downloaded it on my PC cuz I liked it so much. There are 2 of them: the original and the one shown during the Superbowl. The Superbowl one is much better.

Anyone watched the Animatrix episode yet?

i did, it was great!! only about 9 minutes long though very nice visuals must see

oh and it rings in at about 169mb
