The Gift of Access Thread

This is my first time on this forum, so I apologize for any mistakes. Let me know if I missed anything!

From time to time, many of us come across 'dead' or otherwise inactive games/mods. Many developers, though not all, simply can't find time to update their projects. Thus, the possibility of getting archived or removed. The idea is to allow us developers to set up permissions/privileges for friends or trusted users within the community. Let us choose what we can let others do with our work. Allow us to choose others who may be willing to continue our (original) work, modifying and improving it further.

This functionality exists, you just need your work to be part of a development group, once you friends accept the invite you send out for them to join your dev group, you can assign specific permissions to each member.
