Now hes stealing the sound data from me.
International Copylaw says that i still have all right on the data, but now hes stealing it. Just a waring to everyone else.

I kicked Makkon off my teams sometime ago but hell no I wouldn't still use the old concepts he did.

And yeah, multiple topics are a bit unneccessary...

hm, that's pretty low.. but prolly shouldn't be makin multiple topics bitchin on tal, may land ya into some probs. And i wouldn't worry too much about him stealing sounds, sorta looks like dracten is going noplace fast.

Depends. International Copylaw is very flexible, and if you donated your work to a team effort (such as a mod) then rights for copy usage etc. automatically move to the ownership of the team's governing body, or leader if there is no governing body.

You still have rights to use the work as portfolio, but the work belongs to the mod now. Sorry, but you can't join a team and expect that the work legally remains yours. Sure, you usually get credit, but the work (and I cannot stress this enough, no I am not a lawyer, yes I do know how the rules work) is most likely the intellectual property of the mod team.

yeah, youd forgott that im living in Germany.
So i could tell him to not use the stuff, and he would have to follow that order.
