Hi!
I am Rick. I am trying to start a new Indie Game Company called "Tekbird". Currently I have no current members yet.
You don't have to have a big portfolio.

What I am looking For:
-Programmers/Coders (About 2)
-Graphic Designers (About 2)
-Artists (About 2)
-Good Story Makers (About 2)

About Me:
I am 14, My Full name is Rick Chavez. Coder.

For Programmers:
The Programming Languages Recommended are- Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C++, C#, Objective C.

For Graphic Designers:
The Most you are going to be doing is Pixel art, maybe some 3-D stuff, but you don't have to know everything. Just be good at virtual Drawing.

For Artists:
This means as in, in REAL LIFE, not virtually. If you have a camera, after you're done with drawing In RL you take a pic or scan it. Send it to the Graphics Designer and then That's pretty much it.

For Good Story Makers:
You will have to have a very creative imagination, with detail. Not too much.

For EVERYONE:
You probably will get paid, after our first paid-game comes out.

About The Team:
I am looking for people that are friendly, we will get to know each other, so it wouldn't be as awkward. I am also looking for people that are dedicated. To their job.

My Ideas:
First, I would like to make a Free-To-Play game or Demo/Trial. So people could get to know us a bit more.

Contact:
Email: rickchavez1@hotmail.com
Skype: rick.games14
YouTube: thetoocrew, ackview, rickricer

Try not to reply, send me a message in any of these on top ^^^
THANKS
-Rick

Do you have any game development skills? All I see is what you're looking for, unpaid work positions (let's not confuse equity share and paid positions), and that you need a team.

Most importantly, what kind of game would we be making? Getting together with other developers is not something I'm interested in, unless all those developers/artists/writers are interested in making a game that I'm also interested in.

I think the question that everybody wants to ask is "What are you bringing to the table"? It takes a lot of time and effort to make a game, and some has a lot bigger work load than others.

He says that he is a coder. That's all the info we get though : D

You're right. I don't want to say someone can't do something but managing an indie team at 14 years of age is almost like a dream.

At least he tries, I give him points for his guts.

RickRicer, please bring information to the table, to get something, you need to give, show us a great game idea that you have expanded, showing that you are able to manage 4-6 people and make it smooth

Keep at it
