spray help, l4d2 Thread

my spray is transparent, not just the background, how do i get it to
work? i've seen a few that had transparent color, but i havent been able to get it to work yet >< (working with cs3, and it seems i cant cut anything from the
alpha channel) i tried deleting the contents of the alpha channel b ut
it ddint delete so idk if that works for what i need. please help.

idk why but the alpha channel when i try to delete a part of it, it doesnt seem to work (should go white when you delete, right?), if you could point me into the dirrection of a step by step thing to get it to work, id appreciate it
