Soldier/RPG armour guy...thing.. Thread

Sorry for the confusing title, i didn't really know how to describe it quickly.. haha!
So i've been toying around with autodesk at a leisurely pace for a few years now. Nothing amazing, but no one ever wants to make games with me so i generally just.. model.. and model.. make maps and little animations blah blah blah..
But i was making a model, i kind of wanted it to be a soldier, the skin would be a blacker mesh and armour is built ontop of that, yet it looks more like some RPG armour to me haha!
I just thought i would post my progress, see what people thought.


In the end, it will only be the base armour, with more being built ontop for variations (Different shoulder and arm pads, chest pieces, book bags, accessories etc)
