Seeking Coder/Scripting ARMA 3 Mod [Pay Details Inside] Thread

We're currently seeking a Scripter/Coder to assist with a revival of a particular game Mod in ARMA 3.
(No. It's not DayZ, of any kind; there are no Zombies)

This role has a chance to lead to a full-time paying position; either by salary or royalty in the future. (1-2 years Investment)

We are currently putting together teams for our 2015 projects and are looking for a person(s) that have experience with Scripting/Modding in ARMA 3 or the ability to pick it up and work in it. We consider this more of a 'light/side' project for those looking to get into an Indie Studio and eventually Lead their own Development Teams.
