Kyle Sanderlands is a fairly popular Australian shock jock who's just discovered what happens when social media viruses spread.

EDIT: bad link. Use next poster's. Sorry, PSP crashed when I was editing post.

Warning: Article is number one on Google, but clearly biased. It's by the same media outlet he attacked.

Now I personally dislike Kyle. He's obnoxious, crude, and mocks Christianity on a regular basis. But seriously! THIS IS MADNESS!

Should sponsors even be allowed to end contracts on a whim like this? Because a bunch of people screamed and yelled on facebook and twitter?

I find this whole thing disturbing. Social media flash mobs are tearing politics and the media apart, if you ask me.

Had to vote meh, only because im a fence sitter with no real backbone :P
I don't like kyle, i tend to ignore him on the radio and as a persona hes bleh, i DO support social media mobs in some aspects. But a misinformed mass can do just as much damage. That said, for what he's said i don't blame companies for not wanting to be linked to him.
