because they were dirty perverts and couldn't resist they arousing look of a man in make up walking around in shoes far too big and making funny noises. they particularly like it when they do funny dances because all the rapidly moving colours create a rather euphoric effect which combined with the arousing stimulus of the clowns appearance puts anyone watching the event who is so inclinded into a state of pure sick demented bliss. basically the cameras are there to bring a little pleasure into the lives of the pencil pushers in the fbi and to provide some light entertainment for anyone who passes. but don't ask me... what do i know. *me adjusts himself - Edited By arvey-Haynos On Tue 20th, Apr 2004 @ 4:35:16pm --
