Hello:
I am a fairly new Modder. Unfortunately for progress sake, I am mostly blind and am unable to use conventional WAD editors.

I have an idea for an updated Doom-Metal Music Pack featuring alternate versions of tracks that repeat in different maps, for example, E1M8 and E4M1. They would be the same songs, just different versions.

I feel that this music mod would give the soundtrack of the doom games more depth, as well as consistently maintain the dark atmosphere of ‘Demon Hunting.

The question I propose is this; if I provide the tracks renamed for level placement and in the appropriate format, (OGG,) would anyone be willing to pack them into a wad file for release and use for the major advanced engines, I.E. Zandronum, GZ-Doom and so forth?

All I ask is that I be given credit for the compilation. Coding and implementation would be given to whomever undertook this task for me.
I plan on using the majority of SGTMarkIV's DoomMetalVolume4 pack, however, as I stated, I aim to provide just as equal and hard-hitting alternate versions of many tracks for the reasons above. I also am looking to provide a Doom/Doom2 start-screen track that is consistent with the dark theme of the games.

If this project pans out, I may consider recording my own versions of certain tracks, as I am a musician myself. Of course, it would be brutal and heavy, perfect for use with some of the best mods out there such as Brutal Doom and the add-ons for said mod.

If interested, please feel free to comment or send me a PM. I really hope someone expresses the same love and interest in Metal Doom as myself.

Thanks in advanced, and keep painting those walls red and varying shades of purple and blue..

PS:Appologies to the Individual who I posted this in his thread. Got confused and put this in the wrong place at first.
