(REQ) APB reaload-gta online style game Thread

I request a team to make a game like apb reloaded but more like gta for PC. The game wil be open world online with NPC's on the city... Will be mafias, gang wars, underground races, drug dealing and other missions....

I am looking for a good programmer and a 3d animator to make a simple beta for now (a small city, some cars and 1-2 missions)....

I'm gonna score Naqser a 9 for insight but a 0 for diplomacy. There's no such thing as 'simple' for an open world online game, and the reason Naqser is so cynical is you're not the first person to ask something like this on these forums. I can't remember a single one that went anywhere.

Sorry mate, you're asking for a huge amount of work. If there is a programmer out there interested and capable of doing an open world online, I can pretty much guarantee they're already busy working on one. Is there anything you could offer that would draw such a person away from the project they already have?
