Replace Image or Post New Progress? Thread

Is it better to replace a similar image in your gallery when you have improved the screen or upload a new image altogether, leaving your work-in-progress images there for history.

The latter as Indie DB can be also used for recording your progress (as opposed to e.g. digital distribution platforms such as Desura or Steam where you should always show the best screenshots without leaving any development or old screenshots).
