Online Modding Group (www.online-modding-group.com) is looking for some talented, capable individuals who are confident about their abilities, and want to offer their knowledge in the business of game development. We are looking for persons with a strong passion for this kind of work, who possess determination as well as time and want to join a big and exciting project: Borderline.
About OMG!
Online Modding Group borns in March 2009 to develop a mod for Crysis Wars called Crysis Wars EXtended meants to be used for e-sport. EX was played from over 3000 unique players and it's in use inside ESL.eu for all the official competitions.
About the project
Borderline is a fast old-school first person shooter specifically developed with multiplayer in mind. It contains five game modes and integrates a new weapon design and penetration system, new characters, new maps and a demo-tutorial single player campaign. The game begins in 2042 inside an underground military base codenamed Stigma in the north of Alaska where scientists are performing experiments in order to manipulate the Earth crust. The player takes the role of the protagonist Colonel John Dreyfus, the only survivor of the base who will have to stop a new mysterious kind of enemy: an unknown life form found inside the same base which killed all the humans or turn them into new murderous enemies.
Se are searching:
- Multiplayer level Designers:
- Good knowledge of Crytek SandBox 2 and its features;
- Able to build levels from scratch;
- Minimal knowledge of flowgraph system to integrate small flowgraphs such as a fan rotation;
- Able to design urban or futuristic environments;
- Two gamemode programmers:
- Good knowledge of LUA scripting language and its usage in Crysis;
