Questions from a desperate newbie Thread

Ok I dont no C++ I dont know how to code, model, script, animate, or skin, My main concern is modelling and I tried milk shape but the tutorial bores me to tears but more importantly is confusing.. Ok I need it down to a T here. To Just have someone say look this is what the easiest program is to use and this is How ya do it.. in english.. The minds willing but the ADHD isnt

Im doing half life is there any easier modding tools for it minus all 600 buttons on milkshape.. all of it is so confusing... thats why i like paint easy fast but not really gonna help if they had a mod tool that had the east of paint yet the mod body id be yay!!

ms3d is the first one to learn so you can master xsi, max, lightwave. if your serious youll google ms3d tuts or ms3d tutorials!!!

things are always harder then they should be lol.ok picture this: your 15, you have adhd, your rarin to go but cant do anythin remotly good on ms3d but you can write well, draw on paint, by hand right but no scanner and evil dead the mod calls your name what do ya do?

I'd suggest finding something that really interests you and is important on a mod team, and that you can get into without much problems, and go for the gold!

If you find Milkshape3D confusing, then your going to have a hard time working with any other modelling programs due to the fact that they are all ALOT more confusing than Milkshape. Milkshape is renowned for its simplistic interface.

well after gaining some paitence back ive managed to get a grip on the basics.. still learning tho.. I still got alot of sketches Ive been doin.. Could help me alot gonna get me an evil dead mod if its teh last thing meh do

And uh Milkshape has a 31 day trial, after that 20 bucks.. and im broke.. what other programs for half life are there?

Done that don't cost in someway or another. Milkshape is pretty robust for its price, save up for it and you'll learn to love it.
