Im making a game that I would like to add on Greenlight. It's still in development and first screenshots may be avaliable in about month. However I have few questions.
First, most important, I will be making new account to add my game to Greenlight. So if I do that should I be carefoul what name it will be?
I will be using that name on other sites and maybe accidently it will have same name as some company and it will have legal consequences.

Second, on what sites should I promote my game, other than facebook, twiter and my own? Also when should I start?

Last question is that should I create a company or add my game on Greenlight with links to promoting sites?
Im also sceptical about creating my own company becose Im making my game by myself. Starting a company will cost me a lot, but I dont want situation that someone make a site and claim that they are authors of my game and taking profit for it. On Greenlight I see that a lot of users who added game dont actualy have a company.

If you are already worried, why not go for the save route and decide on a name that's unlikely to be taken?

Create an alpha/prototype version of the game and start testing the game. Then go back to development and work further on it until you can release a beta. I wouldn't publish anything with big announcements before beta status.

I have never published an indie game on steam or went for Greenlight, but I highly doubt that you need a registered company for it.
