I am a one man team I do everything from programming to the 3D/2D art for my games. My weakness is programming though and I need a experienced C# Unity programmer to call on when I need something complicated to program. We would set an hourly rate for the programmer and the programmer would have to sign a non disclosure agreement and be willing to be available when I need help.
