Hello, my name is Robert and I am a student studying Computer Games Development in Ireland.

I am proficient in C/C++, C#, Java, Python and Ruby. I have some experience in Unreal and Unity, nothing major.

I am resourceful and take initiative in my tasks and have pride in my work as I know I'll always put 100% into my work. I am decent at maths also, able to solve problems that are thrown my way, looking to increase my knowledge in the area to better understand algorithms and graphical based tasks.

I have experience working with Unix based systems like Mac, Ubuntu and Fedora as I worked in a company that required me to write scripts and programs on those systems, becoming very attached to that wonderful terminal.

I am always up for learning new things and I hope to be able to learn more by working for whoever needs my help.

The role doesn't necessarily need to be paid.

Let me know if you are interested and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Hey man. I am currently working on a Amnesia Mod, but after I finish that I will be creating a full 2D horror game. If you would like to consider this let me know. Anybody who I get to join the production team will get a percentage of the earnings once on steam. If you know what I mean. So it wouldn't be paying right off the bat, but once we get the product out then we would get money.

Hi Robert,

If you're looking for Desktop/PC game development and have previous experience with managed languages, perhaps you'd be interested in StarDrive - BlackBox, a real-time 4X game? The game is written in C#/XNA and is a continued development of the original game, so it's strictly a hobby project. It's a game with a ton of potential and a codebase that needs a lot of love.

We are currently in the progress of refactoring and adding new combat features along with a general storyline. There's a lot to do and improve, so it's a project where you can definitely contribute easily.
Here's the link to our Bitbucket page: Bitbucket.org
Here's our Discord dev chat: Discord.gg
And here's an example of current (refactored) code: sd-blackbox/Gameplay/SpatialManager.cs

If you're interested, join us in our Discord chat! :)
