Please Help- Mods Tab is Grayed out!? Thread

Hey all,
New here and have recently came upon a problem I do not understand!?
Everything else works fine, Addons, Downloads, etc..
But Mods Tab/section is grayed out! "when there are mods in it section!"
Games its been happening to me on thus far
-Empire at War FoC
-Lord of the Rings Battle for Middle Earth 2 Rise of the Witch King

It seems to happen a lot once I Sign in to my Profile, but sometimes when im signed out too..
The Mods Tab is grayed out and all mods within it disappears and I have to either clear my browsing data and refresh page to get it to reappear, but the moment I leave the website and come back later whether it be minutes or hours/days i have to repeat the process of clearing and refreshing to view the Mods Section/tab
or if i Logout of my profile, all the mods appear just fine! So i quickly Sign back in to leave a comment or suggestion, ask a question etc and "poof" Mods are all gone again!?

How do i fix this!?
Because I like to be signed in so i can leave comments on future mods, suggestions/feedback
Don't have to wait for my comments to be approved / able to read all other comments

Well if you filtered the site by any kind of platform that has no mods (such as iPhone) you'll see Mods (and other tabs) greyed out because they are not available on that platform.

You have to select PC or HOME to see all (or most of) the content on the site.

The only other case when articles/mods/headlines/etc disappear for a moment is when the site is being updated (a new site update is being uploaded to the site).
