PHP NUKE help Thread

I'm hoping somebody can help me with this or at least lead me into the right direction.

I'm attempting to create admin accounts so that i can assign people to handle content publishing. However after the accounts are created it always says that the logins failed when trying to sign in. I've got the login block and your account block active. This is happening regardless of the permissions i set (even happens when i setup a super user).

I also made one of the accounts by mistake with a space (eg. content provider) and when i go to delete the admin it gives a "i don't like you" message on screen, if the url is checked a %20 shows up where the space would be in the user name.

I was having all this trouble with php nuke v6.5 but upgraded to 7.1 and still having the same troubles.

If anyone has any info on how to get around this or can at least lead me in the proper direction i would appreciate it greatly.

I'm just asking in a couple places to see if anyone has any helpful info regardless ..............i just figured with this many members and people online i may luck out even though i know this forum isn't dedicated to this kind of question.
