Ok in Moddb V3 PMs were a very good way to keep in contact with my mod team, exchanging ideas/ suggestions adnd giving reports on progress. V4 however has left my mod team out of contact which is irritating. Ive heard there are PMs on V4 but i cant figure out how. If anybody can help with this please say so... or just rant if you cant... -- Mod Leader - Seven |

You shouldn't really be using PMs on ModDB to organise your mod, there are much better ways (such as forums and instant messengers). Anyway, besides that, the PM system is currently on hiatus, as far as I'm aware it won't be back yet. |

It's on hiatus because the forum is still transitioning as far as the overall site is concerned. The PM system was built into the forums itself. You won't be seeing it fixed for at least a couple more weeks. -- "He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster." |

Ok thanks. I'm actually working on getting e-mails and a forum for my mod team was set up just before V4 came out so basically i suppose i had bad timing. Luckily though i was able to keep in contact with MR.SUGAR (my co-leader who seriously rocks) so hopefully we will be able to recover from the whole not communicating thing. Oh and if you're interested my mod is a mod for half-life 2 called Seven. -- Mod Leader - Seven |
