I am looking for someone to take the Jazz Mini Game that comes as a freebie with the mobile UDK editor and expand it immensely to make it a full blown game. Or if you have a better base to start from please do give me some details about it. My plan is to hire a programmer to do this, then a modeler/animator to do the rest.

Here is what I would like added:

- Levels (When a certain number of enemies have been killed, end the level and go to level 2, etc..) I would like a total of 50 levels.

-Maps: For now we will just cycle the default jazz map that is
included but I would like for you to make it as easy possible
for me to plug-in in my own maps afterwards.
I will be using 5-7 unqiue maps that are
cycled through with different variations of each like objects in
different locations and different enemy spawn points.

- Each level should get incrementally harder to kill the enmies, and more enemies spawning.

- I would like to have atleast 8 different enemy types. We will keep the 3 included, and add 5 more.

- I want to add atleast 10 new weapon drops. Details on each weapon type will be given so you can code how its going to function when I add the mesh/anims after.

- I also want to add atleast 10 new special ability drops. Again, details of exactly how I want each of them to work will be given.

- 5 morph drops. These will act as drops when picked up, it will morph the character into that vehicle with its unique weapon like a tank, helicopter etc...

- Better AI pathing!

Those are the main additions I would like added, there are many other small misc things I also want to add like more than one life, a point system with a multiplier etc...
