Obscure Browser Features Thread

Today as I sat at my PC randomly jabbing buttons until something happened, I glanced at my browser's toolbar for the first time since getting my function keys to work properly. Fascinated by the vast array of buttons, I looked closer.

This is the list of all the stupid features in IE6. Before you start whining some are for noobs, I know, but some can only be understood or changed by pros.

The 'Go' Button:
Is this ever used? Does anybody actually click it?

The 'Media' Button:
Why? It displays everything in this tiny window!

The 'Mail' Button:
Why the hell do we have Outlook?

Cookie Control:
To get cookies to work well you have to change it. Not everyone wants dialog boxes as default every time they recieve a damn cookie.

Zone Security:
What the hell is the medium-low security group? Is that where you can do everything, as long as you uncheck the boxes or the one where everything can be done to you without a single warning?

The 'Edit' Button:
Since when could you change other people's pages? Only useful if it's a local file, so why not put those skills that make folders and menus disappear into making that button only appear at certain times?

Synchronise:
Just annoying. Good idea, badly implemented.

Please post your own whines about MSIE (any version) or any other browser.

I used, back forward, stop and refresh...the rest are pretty pointless didnt think of it like that tho

show related links is pretty useless, and its common spyware.

also a print button, but why would i want to print a web page if its on my screen?(save the treesO_o)

I have seen the X-Box Type S Controller. It's a miracle of micro-technology (It fits in your hand, unlike the original).
