No log in Thread

when I log in with correct password and username it says error 38.107.when I click change password and put email it says wait a certain amount of minutes.After waiting that long it just says wait a certain amount of minutes again.Please Help

Try making a new account, just change that ones name and email (to something random) and make a new one with same name and email. if that doesnt work then well idrk

This sounds exactly like the issue I experienced until I forced Firefox to use IPv4. If it's the same issue, it has to do with your ISP's implementation of IPv6 conflicting with Desura's.

To login with the Desura application, you can force your network to only use IPv4 or prefer IPv4 over IPv6.

EDIT: Actually, it looks like the issue I mentioned is solved now. Can you log in successfully?

I have the same problem. I could only login here with my connected Steam account.

This happened to me once already, where it wouldn't accept my password (and no, I didn't enter it wrong, I use a password manager).

What's going on there?
