Need some Doom 3 info Thread

For my Hell on Earth mod I wanted to know some information so I can get things as accurate as possible.

1. What year does Doom 3 take place?
2. How old was the character you play as in Doom 3?

Thats all i need to know.

well it takes place in the future,your not going to be seeing the modern firearms from the present.And for the character i would say hes in his 30's or 40's.

I believe it takes place in the 2100s (One video thing mentions a year in that period).

something about 2150 i think

The game takes place mostly in the November 2145 range, I think. You pick up PDAs anywhere from the later half of 2145.
