Need help with great HL mod! Thread

I got a good idea for a Half Life mod. I was thinking about making it about the revolutionary war. this would be a multiplayer team play game against 2 teams, the british(or the red coats) and the rebels. players would be able to use muskets, cannons, swords, pistols, and some players would be the calvalry people.

the maps would be easy to make. alot would take place in small colonial type streets. others would take place in wide open but hilly fields. and maybe a couple of maps where the rebels would have to take a (enemy ship that would be docked) by force.
Game modes ive com up with are simply team deathmatch where you have to eliminate the other team, and offense vs defense where the offense would have to capture a town, ship, landmark, fort, etc.

i am a good mapper and would be able to make these maps. however, i dont think i can handle my own mod team by myself. i need kind of like a co-founder who can help organize all this
