Music Department expanding Thread

My name is Kjell Bunjes and I'm the teamleader of Mindworld, an Action Adventure game set in a surreal dreamworld. Up to here, we have worked with one main composer to do most of our tracks.

Since Mindworld keeps growing and expanding with its tasks, we are now looking for additional talent in our Music Department (2-3 positions).

Your job in the team is to create tracks with various styles. We give you room for development and experiments, as your current job is to come up with ideas, atmospheres and styles rather than writing scores for specific aspects about the game (at least for now).

The most important quality for this position is passion and commitment, which we define as talent. We are looking for people who work well with the rest of the team, because we are careful with team dynamics.

Also, you can choose how much time and energy you put into this position. Obviously, the more effort and commitment you show for this project, the more influence you are going to have on Mindworld.
