Molder Needs Help Thread

Okay this is prob... i've made the model, i've skinned the model, i've compiled the model (note no animations or skeleton) is it possible just to view in game as it is
and are there any tutorials on how to compile a model into half-life ???
as i've searched adn searched but cum up blank and carn't see the models in there at all even if i try to turn them into weapons models ....
