LIVE CHAT: The forums are nice, but how about when you wan to talk to people instanteously? Maybe have a private Yahoo or AOL chat room.

MOD REVIEWS & PREVIEWS: Instead of going to ModSquad, how about here?

RANDOM MEMBER INTERVIEW: I read some of the inteviews that was conducted here and I enjoyed them. I was thinking maybe once a month, moddb could random select one member to interview.

POST COUNT PRIVILAGES: 100 post=bigger avatar. 500 post=your-name-here@moddb.com 1000 post=stock options...you get the idea...

MODDB NEWSLETTER: It tells you about the latest in the website and also includes info on PC games out now and out later. Hey! The Newsletter, mod review & previews, and random member interview can be combined together to make something really great!

NEW COLORS: All this gray, gray, gray-on-gray, and black is.....well gray.

i dont think the servers could handle it

Servers falling due to color? Jebus, rediculous theory.

those were two seperate statements

the fist telling him he can have a different color, and the second saying live video and audio feed takes a lot of bandwidth

mapDB is a good idea, nice bandwith bills to :o

V2 will have a file section, no doubt files will be there.

Don't ever do modelDB, Polycount will instantly bloody dwarf us.

Nooo. Live chat is additional stress on the servers that is really pretty pointless. More people will be chatting in the room than using the site. If people want to talk to other members, they can post in the forum or come join the IRC channel.

The IRC chatroom always has people in it. If one of you joins and nobody is imediately talking, just say somethign and wait a minute. I'm always in there, but I don't immediately notice when someone is talking.

im mostly in irc.webmaster.com and in #lochness or #newgrounds.com
but mainly lochness cos people are cool and newgrounds is full of annoying people

I'm mostly on GamesNET in various channels, and my friend runs an IRC server themiker.servehttp.com where we have chats and, um, online shopping.
