Men of war vietnam: strange random error Thread

Ive been modding MOW Vietnam for months now, its all gone smoothly until a while ago I re edited a gun ppsh and saved as usual, didn't add any new lines just changed numbers already existing, now when I launch the game with my mod I get exception error Ive tried deleting the file, and restoring the original from mow Vietnam and same thing happens.

its baffeling not onlyis this random and sets back to the beginning when im near release of my mod, but the file the exception points out isn't even spelledcorrectly with the ~$ in front.. PLEASE anyone, I really don't want to start all over after 5 months..

I fixed the problem also baffeling by taking out the smg folder all together and putting the smg files back in a few at a time to find the problem file, waited till last for the ppsh and it worked... it doesn't make sense, actually I did also set the folder options to not being read only, it may have set itself to that, these days the internet and many thingsthat have computers in them have a mind of their own, but I guess this info can be used for anyone else with this error.PS. I tried the mod after I set the folder to not read only and still didn't work. but coincidently after I did the separate file transfer also the read only thing, it works now.

While I am not familiar with MoW modding, I would say check and review the modified codes/scripts carefully for small typos.
