Making an anime/manga magazine Thread

I'm currently working on a new magazine with a group of people all around the UK and have all come to a conclusion that we lack the right amount of people to finish the magazine. If anyone would like to help us with the magazine message me.
I'm doing this because there seems to be a lack of good anime and manga magazine all around the UK and wish for that to change, by creating this new magazine called WWAM also know as World Wide Anime Magazine I hope to complete that and become we'll know over the UK if this becomes reality then many people all over the world will begin to spread the word to others making us a hit.

Are Objective:
- Become we'll know all around the UK
-Make a Forum/website for fans to come and visit and give us ideas if what to have In the magazine.
-Have a fan base of 100,000 or more
-Expand all of Europe
-Make money and share the profit between all employers one 1 whole year has gone by.
-Expand over to other countries

Requirements to complete objective:
- Need around 100 people
-Production rate 1 magazine every 2/3 weeks
- Must be easy to communicate with and will help at a moments notice
- Teamwork
- We will have a teamspeak channel up once we have over 20 employers.

This shouldnt be here since you mention expanding over both europe and expanding to other countries...

Forum/website? instead of this you could just use Wordpress, its driven towards magazine sites also includes a forum modification

Its always good to aim big but why not just go with a simple 10k for now even 5k is amazing, just by looking at the 1 year plan thing below, it makes it seem like you want that in just 1 year..

This seems reasonable but why not go with a 6 month plan, if you get enough unique visitors you can go to a website developement site and post a classified selling ad space for like $2.7 to $27 a day.
-Expand over to other countries
Now the expand over Europe and becoming well known(* correcting the typo) all around the UK, and expanding over Europe, will only come depending on your content and your feel of the site, some users want a nice, sleek and beautiful themed magazine site, but back to what i wanted to say this last ' - ' really makes the other 2 look pointless..
Requirements to complete objective:

I honestly dont think 100 people would be needed if you divide the roles;

If your going to make an actual magazine to put in retail stores and what not you will need adobe Indesign (such a beaut program)
you really only need 3 people for that. The information, if your going to be making a magazine your going to need all the info and crap you can get your hands on,
when really this is the most gruesome role, 10-15 people. You're going to need artists (Adobe Photoshop) for the logo and what not, you can make due with 2 at the early state, and if your going to run along with wordpress you only need 2-3 people who know how to use it well, so in reality thats about 23 people and that should make do till you start to really grow, then you double the workers. and you should be fine, with 100 employees you could easily do both anime ♥ and you can do gaming or what ever.

-Production rate 1 magazine every 2/3 weeks

Personally, i dont think it would take 2/3 weeks, but thats just me, if you have all the tools you need in your studio or work space, 1 every week 3 days but then again im not sure how big the magazine will be and if your going to load the living heck out of it.

At moments notice, this should be defined, i dont think anyone wants someone spamming the heck out of their phone going 'I need you to do [task]'
easy to communicate with in other words you should have just put friendly and nice all-around

I dont think you need to set a employee* employers are the people who employ the employee's (or maybe your going to have 20 heads not sure if thats what your going for) you should cut it down a bit.
