looking for writer and concept artist/2D animator. Thread

hello I am currently working on a game called Fritz: The Cyberpunk Warrior a 2D platformer with parkour elements, swordplay and shooter gameplay anyway I am looking for writers someone who can make this world seem alive and cinematic Its not kid friendly by any means.

basically the story is there are these two worlds(islands) were everyone is a anthropomorphic cat like creature Arkel(steampunk) and Droiam (Cyberpunk) Fritz is the hero of Dream accompanied by Bit a PiX-E (which is like a flying hologram with wings) saving Droiam time and time again. one day they asked to be seen by The Grand Master who watches over Droiam and Arkel do to there being a war thousand years ago which to stop it the gods chose him as The Grand Master. he tells Fritz and Bit that his time is running short that the gods must choose another to take his place which they have yet to decide. meanwhile in Arkel the evil emperor of Arkel Samuel kogg or Mr. kogg as he is known is planning on taking over Droiam as well by becoming the new Grand Master with help from his newest solder named Brie who is actually Fritz supposed dead sister for her childhood just with amnesia.

Characters

Name: Fritz

Age: 16

Bio: Fritz is a kind and adventurous girl always trying to help out as
best she can while looking for her next big thrill. She's been a hero
of Droiam ever since her sister (Brie) died which
she secretly blames herself for. Although she is kind she can have
bit of a mean streak which often gets her in to trouble. Athletic and
a master of sword play Fritz doesn't give up for anything.

Name: Bit

Age: N/A

Bio: Bit is a Pix-E (which is accentually a flying hologram with wings)
she can hack into anything in Droiam however in Arkel she is
completely useless but that doesn't stop her from wisecracking and
making jokes with a teenager like attitude/personality to boot,
that aside she is willing to help her best friend and partner Fritz on any
adventure they go on ever since that fateful day when she found her
in a abandon workshop and fixed her up they've been friends ever
since.

Name: Brie

Age: 17

Bio: Brie is Fritz's sister who is supposedly died but in actuality has
amnesia and ins now working for Mr Kog unlike Fritz she is a lot more
direct and serious and from time to time wondering if what she's
doing is right being forced to kill anyone ho defies her "master"
though she doesn't like it and unsure of his true intentions are.
She often feels like some thing's missing in her hart like she's
incomplete but doesn't know why.

Name: Samuel Kogg (Mr.Kogg)

Age: 36

Bio: The self-proclaimed ruler of Arkel, Mr kogg is a cold hearted,
aggressive, cruel and highly egotistical tyrant who thinks that all
are idiots except him. Many fear him, Many want him gone but none are
brave enough to stop him he now wants to rule over Droiam as well by
becoming the new grand master even by force.

Name: Grand Master (Orel)

Age: Thousand years old

Bio: Very wise and very old, with his grate wisdom he watches over Arkel
and Droiam keeping them safe from harm and from each other. He was
chosen by the gods after the war between the two words many years
ago, his knowledge of the two worlds allows him to canonicalise there
history with the knowledge of the past form the gods themselves how
ever he will soon come to the end of his life and some one must be
chosen to take his place.

I also need a concept artists for ether levels, characters, enemies, areas, bosses est
I'm looking for a cartoony/stylized art style in the same vein as Rachet and Clank or Jak and Daxter. the worlds need to be large and atmospheric making the player think that there in a new world.

I need 2D characters so an animator would be needed, some one who can bring life to the characters multiple idle animations, parkour animations, sword animations, npc animations, etc.
